I gave them four stars because it was mismeasured the first time but that didn't bother me as much as there was no communication after the mismeasure. How long was it going to be for them to reorder the size and call me back to schedule an appointment? Any apology? Sorry for the inconvenience. No communication, no customer service. There was no phone call until the window came in and they wanted to set a time for an install. Which they wanted the very next day we rearranged our schedules to accommodate because we too just wanted this fixed. However, in most cases we would have been thrilled that they were an hour and a half early, but because we had to rearrange our schedule we were both still at work. Just kind of felt we were more inconvenienced with the whole process then they were. On the upside the window does look good. Our son who happened who helped us out since we couldn't be there . Said install the guy was in and out in 5 minutes. Again, no communication about payment. However this morning just received an invoice via email. Just call me crazy. The communication to me is important and so is customer service. I'm in the customer service industry as well a little effort goes a long way in my book.
