Hyatt House Charleston/Historic District

We had a nice stay. Good meeting rooms and catered dinner. Walkability: Easily walk down the famous King street and explore the historic district.

They have a pool they have no bathrobes. The gym was right next to our room which woke us up very early in the morning. We had to bring our own bottles of water upstairs they couldn't put them in the refrigerator. It was also quite expensive considering the lousy service nothing wrong with the personnel. Extremely disappointed in the Hyatt and I would recommend you stay away from this place.

Shout to Jala at the front desk! Exceptional service! We really enjoyed our time at the Hyatt. The rooms were clean and comfy and the king suite was plenty of room for my family of three. Breakfast was fine, plenty of food and seating. The hotel is a little north of the action but close to all, and we liked being in a quieter area. You could take the Dash bus to get down to the more historic area, but we actually enjoyed the walk of about a mile. All in all, I recommend the Hyatt for your trip to Charleston!

Bathroom had wallpaper falling off wall. Only had a king size bed when we ordered 2 queen size beds for 2 college boys. Rooms nice enough... nothing special for the price. Walkability: Well located for walking Noteworthy details: Concierge Jay was great to work with
