Great hotel! It was clean and very comfortable. Rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy! Plenty of pillows and linens. Everyone was so nice and helpful, especially Anthony! He made check-in a breeze and made sure that my room was up to standard. The location is central to many restaurants, shops and getting around is easy! Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Charleston.

My wife and i arrived here on the afternoon of the 30th of March, 2024. Extremely tired from traveling, thought sleep would be pretty easy, turns out that the detergent or possibly the starch they use on the bedding i am allergic too. Found this out or determined this the second night when i couldnt sleep again and had a rash on my face, neck, chest, hands, leggs. Went down to the front desk to see if there was anything that could be done, to only be told no and turned away. Slept in my car, had to be in Savannah Georgia the next day to fly back home.. terrible service to say the least. No sympathy what so ever from the man at the front desk. He did say that i was free to use the parking lot to sleep, with no one to harrass me. Did not sleep a wink, dudnt feel safe, not the safest area to me, to sleep in my car.
