Stay away from this place. Shirad (I think his name) Sat 23 @3pm shift is unprofessional least to say. He started to argue with people and threatening to cancel their reservation. One guest was upset as his daughter stepped on a needle in their room. He slammed the door and could care less that there were 6 people there waiting to check in. If an owner cares about this place he would take action. Review cameras/footage on this day. If it was my hotel I would throw this guy out a window. We cancelled our reservation and went to Town and Country

Run the other way. One guest complained that his daughter stepped on a needle in a room and bleeding and the response of the front desk was "I can give you another room and let's hope there is nothing there." No apology or nothing--just a rude tone. Arrogance at the highest.

The worst front desk ever. African American male employee at the front desk is arrogant and short tempered. The owner is obviously not involved in his hotel. We canceled and went to near by hotel. There are plenty good hotels around.

Unfortunately we are disappointed. Undisclosed renovations. We walked into a construction zone. We book hotels instead of airbnb for the gym and that is also closed due to construction. The hotel is dirty, closed gym, closed pool and they do not tell you that when you book your reservation. I am sorry to leave this review but caution everyone looking to stay to ask if they are under construction. It should be at a considerable discounted to stay here. Maybe once the renovations are done it will be worth paying to stay here versus other hotels. At the very least they should disclose that renovations are occurring and ammenities are closed. Noteworthy details: The hotel is under construction and they don't tell you that when booking.

AVOID UNTIL RENOVATIONS ARE COMPLETE! We stayed at the end of March 2024, and this hotel was undergoing major renovations. The place will be nice once it is finished but below are the issues we encountered: - We requested the 4th floor when checking in online, but we were given the 1st floor. It was a high traffic area during the day. - The water was plumbed backwards. Hot was cold and cold was hot. - The construction crews start at 8am sharp 7 days a week, and have little regard for guests sleeping in the rooms around them. - The backdoor of the hotel didn't lock. - We overheard that the hotel management had not had a chance to walk through the rooms as they were completed, and it showed. The fit and finish of the room was poor.
