Mura-Tech replaced our thermostats and our heat pump. The system failed on a Thursday night in August; they installed two window units at no charge until they could install the new system. Phone calls were answered promptly and courteously, even at night. Elmer, the owner, was transparent about the cost of installing a new, more efficient system vs repairing the old system and did not try to upsell us. During the installation, the men put on shoe covers each time they entered the house and put drop cloths in the rooms they were working in. They were unfailingly courteous and very exacting about the work. We now have a great system and a clean house, and I HIGHLY recommend this company because of their prompt service, the transparency of costs and work needed, and the care checking out the system upon completion. You cannot go wrong with Mura-Tech.

Our is working HVAC properly and we are enjoying much lower electric bills all the Thanks goes to Mura-Tech Services! We had an on going HVAC problem and a service contract with another company. After a lengthy time of no results, we called Mura-Tech and their passion and commitment to providing top services really came through. They took the time to troubleshoot the issue, discover a factory defect. Needless to say we did replace it (at this point the warranty had expired) We went back with the same system as we use ceiling mounted cassettes for a mini-split system and it made since to not replace those. We knew we weren't being heard and no one was solving our issue - just performing basic tasks. Mura-Tech was so completely different; Dedication, Passion, Service, Knowledge and Kindness.
