      I am sorry to hear that we did not meet your expectations on a quick enough repair of your item, however I checked and the item was only in our shop for 1 week and 1 day before it was picked up and I assure you that we are on par with every other repair shop in Charleston at this time of year for repairs. Sorry for your experience but I assure you it did not warrant the review that we are the slowest repair shop in Charleston since I converse with many other shops in town and know the lead times for them also. Good luck with any of your future repair experiences with equipment.
