        I bought a sweatshirt I loved and the letters completely peeled off when I washed it the first time. When I emailed with concern, Ann Marie Israel was very helpful and gracious enough to send me a replacement free of charge. I really appreciate this and Im thankful for their wonderful customer service! Definitely a small business who cares:)

        Great bargains, however, staff members need more training in customer service. Staff members are often engaged in conversations with other staff members while customers are shopping.
