        I'm very impressed with Maymont Homes. I've not leased with a management company in many years and they made the process very smooth. Valerie and Dana were very patient, and understanding with all my questions. Dana has followed up and provided assurance with move in and next steps. We love our new home!!

        As others have said, don't be fooled, this is the awful Conrex rental company just changed names to try to better their name? They are gouging families with their greedy tactics. Need to extend your lease 6 months? Nope, we'll charge you 30% extra and go month to month. Don't believe anything their site says, they are unwilling to help and just want to steal your money. Edit since I can't reply: we didn't want to move to a month to month, we wanted a simple extension of 6 months. Instead we are paying > $500 extra a month for absolutely no reason. Awful tactics they use to take your money.
