Excellent buying experience provided by Tyler and the rest of the staff. It was our first Jeep product. We had done lots of research and Tyler helped us understand the rest. The dealer went out of their way to ship in our truck from another state so we could have it before a lengthy roadtrip. Pricing was fair, the value offered for our trade was the value Kelly Blue Book suggested and ultimately the dealer did have flexibility on price which made us feel like we were working together not as adversaries. I would highly recommend this dealer and I would ask for Tyler exclusively.

Well I hoped that a dealership with the Hendrick name would have better standards than this. I had scheduled an appointment for a recall on my 2015 Ram 1500 for 4/3/2024 at 1:30pm. Dropped my truck off at around the scheduled time between 1 and 1:30pm that day. I was told they would try and get to it that day but if not that they would give me an update in the morning. I thought that it was odd to have an appointment and not be taken care of that day, but had plans for a vehicle the next day so didnt care too much at the time. Come the next morning I never received any update until I finally called around 11am and left a message with Mike. He called back and I was busy however the message he left said that he didnt have any updates yet but he was hoping that they would get to it that day. Now Im trying to be optimistic but when I hadnt heard anything by 4pm I finally called back and was told that he would update me in the morning again at which time I told him I would be picking up my truck because they have had it for a day and half at this point with an appointment the day before and still hadnt even pulled my truck into a bay. I was told that they were short on techs and were behind which I can somewhat understand but I set an appointment for that reason. If I decide to take it back to them for the recall on another date I will be sitting in the lobby and leaving with my truck same day which is ridiculous that I have to waste a whole day because they cant plan properly but I guess you have to do what you have to do these days.
