        Had phone repaired about a month ago new screen and case screen is already going bad they have no record I had it repaired and told me it was impossible that I did and I even spent the money on the good Samsung screen what a rip off

        So far, so good . Dropped off laptop today, and the young man working was just as nice as could be with me . I was very nervous about leaving my stuff, but Mathew (young man working ) was very understanding of this . I will update after I get my laptop back .

      Hi Steven. Thank you for the review After looking further into this I was unable to pull any records concerning your repair but we are still here to help. We do offer lifetime warranty for defects on our screens. If it’s has been over 30 days since the repair then there is a 39$ installation fee only. I’m not sure which location you took it to originally but let’s see if we can resolve this! If you could bring it back to that location I will advise them to take it in as a return repair and once we open the phone we will know if it is our screen or not. If it is then we will warranty it! As for the cases and other accessories our return policy is 7 days
