        Safe Hands is an awesome daycare center. This is the first daycare center that is family orient thats involves family. I wouldnt trade them for anything.

        Nasty and rude. Space is definitely not big enough for kids to play and to actually flourish. Leaves kids unattended on couch sleeping on couches. Only gets daycare up to par when she knows DSS is coming to inspect. Didnt have my baby a bed to sleep in until yesterday, in which the DSS ppl will be coming this week. Got on Facebook and bad mouthed me for literally no reason. Then got her daughter to harass and threaten me. Definitely do not recommend. Definitely overcharge to be in a 300 sq ft home!

        Poor customer service. The lack of professionalism blew my mind. Arrangements and promises were made that was not kept as a child care provider. In the middle of a work week she sent me a message stating that she would not keep my child M-F because he wasnt coming regularly enough and she needed her money for a child that would come everyday of the week . So she only kept him on Saturdays. Well there was a Saturday that he did not attend because he was with his father. That Sunday morning I woke up to a message of her stating that she would not keep him any longer . Its just saddening and disappointing for an up and coming child care business .
