    We came on time and had to wait to get our table. We ordered a drink and had to wait 15 min just for a drink. One of the main courses arrived before the appetizer. No apologies were given for that. We waited so long for our main courses and no one asked about one plate that we hadnt even touched, not even offering us a to-go box for it. The lamb was overcooked and we ordered some extra pita bread that arrived cold. We asked to warm it up and waited so long that we barely ended up needing it. Our family came up from Italy to visit us and we wanted to show the southern hospitality and culinary experience.. this was one of the worst experiences weve ever had. Dont go please, its a lot of money for nothing.

    I'm not a review person typically, but felt folks should know before they make the investment here. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The people are very nice. The cocktails are good, but expensive. The food is very disappointing. We started with the seafood trio and it was lackluster at best. The $75 ribeye was really thin, over cooked, and bland. The pork chop was way over cooked and unseasoned. You're better off going to a Longhorn or Applebees. The dessert cake was something you could get at the grocery store. The whole meal just didn't live up to the atmosphere and the price. I hope they get a new chef and procure higher quality food to match such a beautiful property.

    Very bad customer service. We was there before other people and we was waited on last. We sat there for over 30 minutes before we ever received water. The waitress was not attentive and completely absence minded. This was the worse service I have ever received at a supposedly elegant restaurant. If I could rate the restaurant a 0 that's what it deserves.
