I wish I could give a lower rating. After 2 months of traumatic health issues my mother died. She had car and home insurance through This agent. She had no estate and we just wanted to cancel her 2 policies. They wouldnt talk to us without us going to probate. After 2 weeks of daily calls they finally agreed to meet with her husband. We provided the death certificate but they still would not cancel the policy on her home. The sold her husband another policy way over insuring their home with a premium he could not afford. He was in no condition to argue anymore. They said they would cancel the car insurance. 2 months later they charged her car insurance for a car that was sold 2 months previously and mailed her a birthday card signed by Eric. How unorganized and miserable can you run an agency. Ridiculous. Cold. Miserable.
