        The success of Turner Padget Laney & Graham is not on intelligence alone but the willingness of judges to ignore court rules and laws. Judge Cain granted a summary judgment without the benefit of discovery, without allowing a jury determine due diligence, and by ruling that a prior court filing was evidence and not a judicial admission. This is how Turner Padget wins its cases by having the judge on their side and obtaining biased court rulings.
