OMG! I just want to say I'm grateful for the staff that sent me home pain free! After visiting another one of their establishments the night before, I was still in debilitating pain. I made a visit to the emergency room on Laurel St and was taken care of right away. The service was fast, the staff was nice and informative and I left without the pain I came in with! I love y'all wholeheartedly.

I really liked Columbia Medical Associates before they were taken over by MUSC. Whitney Pitts and Stephanie Peterson were wonderful and caring. The office wasn't perfect, but they were reliable. A few months ago, I had to establish care with a new doctor at this new location, and she couldn't even be bothered to come meet me and sent a medical student or something like that to do my exam. I was never called about my test results, and if it hadn't been for my pharmacy calling me about a prescription, I wouldn't have known I was sick. I went there today, my second appointment with this doctor, and was left waiting for an excessive amount of time (over 30 minutes) in an exam room. I felt like I was forgotten. No one checked on me or told me why the doctor wasn't coming in a timely manner. I never saw the doctor because I had to leave to pick up my child from school. Patients' time needs to be respected too, and patients still need to be treated like people. I am horribly disappointed with my lack of care today, and feel like this doctor and establishment do not care about me as a patient.

I had my initial visit today to establish care with Amanda Clark, FNP. The office staff is very friendly. The nurse Tan, who took me to the back was very polite and professional. She explained every step in great detail and made me feel very comfortable. Amanda was equally as pleasant and took the time to sit down to speak with me about my concerns. I didn't feel rushed or judged and they both were very attentive. It was a great experience and I look forward to returning.
