The girl in customer service is very unprofessional and rude. You can barely understand what she is saying from speed talking. Was she not taught how to speak when answering the phone and holding conversations? What's the point of giving customer service your information and the reason for calling if it's only going to be "they will call you back in 3 to 5 business days. Then that ignorant heffa hung up the phone after I asked her a question. Great way to run a business!!

These people are ridiculous! The customer service was so unprofessional. There's something seriously wrong! There's no way that these people have been trained properly. The first rep over talked my husband and was so petty and he called back and Lord the same lady answered the phone. The way these people respond you would think that you actually owe them money personally.
