    Let me say that I am grateful for Dr. Murph and the staff here. I went to Little River medical in Carolina forest, with severe tooth pain, they prescribed me antibiotics but said the oral surgeon wasnt available but every 2 weeks out of the month and I would be lucky if I was able to get scheduled. Mind you I was in excruciating pain (yes my fault for letting it go too long) however my husband recommended I see American dental, I was able to get in and be seen that day, and Dr, Murph said had I waited the infection I had would have killed me. He removed my tooth successfully (I made both him and the nurse jump when they gave me an antibiotic shot in my arm) again grateful for this place to see me on short notice. Thank you for the laughs I still joke with my husband I cant kiss him because he is too sweet for me

It's essential for healthcare professionals, especially in dentistry, where anxiety is common among patients, to foster a welcoming and comforting environment. This not only eases the patient's mind but also builds a trust foundation critical for any patient-practitioner relationship. Unfortunately, this aspect seemed to be overlooked during my visit. The consultation itself was brisk, and I felt rushed when I tried to voice my concerns and questions regarding the treatment plan. It's crucial for patients to fully understand any procedures, alternatives, and potential risks to make informed decisions about their health. A more thorough and patient-centric approach would have been appreciated. While the clinical care provided was alright, the interpersonal interactions and service did not meet the standard one would expect from a dental practice that values its patients' comfort and trust. Constructive feedback is essential for improvement, and I hope this critique is taken in the spirit intended. Enhancing the customer service experience can significantly impact patient satisfaction and loyalty, which I believe is within the practice's capability to achieve.
