Last summer I came across four star because I came home in the middle of a hot summer day and had NO AC. And they came to my rescue late at night on a weekend and saved my daughter and I from having a miserable evening. We had to have some more work done but they got us through the night and scheduled another day. I went ahead and signed up for regular maintenance and I've had Chris B. More than once and he's an absolute delight! I definitely feel like they took care of us in multiple ways! Hoping to use them when we move later this year as well!
