First Citizens Bank

The worker Amelia is very rude is disrespectful. Anytime I have visited this branch and she is working she has nothing but a rude attitude.

This branch has completely went down hill in the past year or so. The new manager Amy is never in office and most times the tellers have no idea when she might be in or if she will even be in at all. And if you so happen to catch her, she has the door shut and ignores a lobby full of customers. I usually use this branch atleast once a week to deposit my check. But after last week when I over heard the way the teller, Jennifer spoke to an elderly customer. Ill definitely be looking for a new branch to do business or even a whole new bank. She was so rude and aggressive to this lady. Asking her what she wants and what she needs. Instead of how can she help her. What happened to good customer service?? Especially to our elderly people.

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with in a financial setting from one worker. Lady inside named Amelia was very rude and unprofessional. She has no manners for the customers. The other ladies in the office are very sweet and very kind. Greet you when you come in the door. Management needs to give the rude lady an attitude adjustment or find someone that can be nice to customers instead of running clientele away

My very 1st NEGATIVE Google Review ever. My track record speaks. Sha'myra McNeil, Financial Services Specialist refused services and is unprofessional. McNeil, Financial Services Specialist, overstepped her boundaries by putting her own interests before the betterment of the company. McNeil acted upon preventing an individuals progress by intentionally blocking or interfering for unjustifiable reasons. McNeil was inconsistent with management style where she shared one month of the statement then blatantly refused to share a different month which was unfair as if it was personal. McNeil allows the act of practicing illegally and as an accomplice. It appears that acts of falsification are taking place at First Citizens Bank in Darlington, SC. McNeil also asserted a position of intellectual superiority in a condescending passive aggressive and offensive manner.
