Ive been a customer of Express Tax for years and couldnt be happier with their services. Miss Clara makes me feel welcome and is always professional. Lura is knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough. As American citizens, we believe that we have the right to lodge a complaint against Lura Marsh unprofessional tax filing service. Since our family income tax service was transferred to her office palmetto express taxthree years ago, we have experienced very uncomfortable and disrespectful experiences in the past three years. Our previous account has done income tax for more than ten years. He is very professional and knowledgeable, and the charges are very reasonable. In twelve years, it has risen from US$80 to US$110...Compared with him, Lura Marsh knowledge and expertise in tax filing services are much worse, especially in foreign financial statements. Every time we calculate the Canadian pension portion by ourselves, it is actually Luras job. But she was increase the service charge from 140 USD to 180 USD in the second year. Especially this year, Lura let us go to the office twice. We were on time, but made us wait 25 minutes each time. Then Lura completed our tax return in less than an hour, and she charged $240 to provide exactly the same tax services as in the past two years. We are very unhappy about this. Her unprofessional approach hurt us badly. We hope to share our bad experience through public media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. At the same time, we will also issue a formal complaint letter to the Institute of Accountant. hope everyone avoids her service
