We were looking for a new office chair. Luis was very welcoming and was VERY helpful in choosing a new chair that would suit our needs. He also helped us set up our "rewards" account and find coupons to use. He rung us up right away and even brought everything to our car and helped load our purchases for us. It is quite refreshing to go into a store and have someone so professional, knowledgeable and helpful work with us to find what we need. Luis is a valuable asset to this location! Thank you, Luis for going the extra mile for your customers, you are a rare gem today.

I paid 20 dollars to have 25 pounds of documents shredded. The girl left it on the counter and I slowly walked away after paying. I even stood at the door and watched as the bag of documents wasn't moved by her. I then waited in the car 15 minutes, wondering if my information would be shredded or not. When I came back, the bag was still on the counter for any one to look at. I called for a manager and asked why it was there, he told me I had to put it all in the shredder myself, which the girl never told me! I asked what would have happened if I had not returned, they told me my bag would have been placed near the shredder, where anyone could go through it. I asked for my money back and told them it was not right to not tell people (like me who just paid to have all this stuff shredded) that they had to do it themselves. I have no idea what would have happened to all my personal information I thought was safe/ to be shredded by them, if I had not waited and returned. Happy to say I picked it up and took it all back home with me.
