This company deserves 10 stars. My cabin (in HOA with 6 cabins) had a exterior water week for 3+ weeks, ground completely soaked for weeks along one side of cabin. Called 3 other plumbers and they all gave a bid (around 6k) to reinstall and new water line and feeds to cabins. One even came out with mini excavator and started digging main line, dug 16 feet and said cheaper/quicker to install new line instead of trying to carefully dig the 250 linear feet of pipe, filled hole (which was in road) and left me with a disaster of a mess (red dirt flowing everywhere after rain). I then was referred to Lanteigne Plumbing. Joe was amazing from the start! Joe came out next morning and said he could pinpoint where the leak was - he shut off main water and all cabins, then turned my cabin on and did a pressure test (NO ONE ELSE even tried to find where water was coming from). After completing the test Joe was 100% certain that the water line to cabins/cabin lines was NOT even leaking. He looked up the hill and saw the community pool and made mention that I am directly below and at the lowest point. Joe told me exactly what needed to be done and the pool had to be dye tested and valve tested (not part of his license). Low and behold I found a company to do these tests and found 3 leaks in pool (one defined as massive). That is the source of my water issue. Joe saved our HOA over 6k - not only that we almost pulled the trigger and would have been a complete waste of money. Joe is the man and I will never call any other plumber!!!
