        Not sure what is happening at Foothills but they can't seem to hire and/or keep employees. The Executive Chef quit two days ago! Lunch and dinner for residents consists of takeout canned soup and sandwiches. Today's lunch pick up is chicken tenders and fries and dinner is Pastrami and cheddar sandwich and soup. Seriously?! The residents are supposed to have housekeeping assistance weekly. Sometimes they show up, sometimes they don't. This week there was no one in housekeeping so they sent someone up from Laundry to help my mother change her bed. The good people who work there are terribly overworked and understaffed. Totally unacceptable for the amount of money they charge!
