Business owners beware. Ive worked with this office on behalf of one of my clients and they have been consistently frustrating. I have lost trust that this office can provide a small business competent payroll, book keeping, or tax preparation. To add to the sting, when I have tried to call and address these issues I was met with a blame avoidance attitude when I was truly only interested in clarity and accuracy in our payroll tax withholdings.

I would give 100 stars if I could! I was shocked and thankful that Terrie was able to see me on such a quick notice. I was very unsure about how I needed to handle my situation but Terrie made me feel at ease with all the knowledge she had! Albright Associates will always have my business.

Terrie, Melissa, Hailey and the entire Albright Associates team are so great to work with. They're extremely knowledgeable and we trust them with our company business taxes and payroll, as well as our personal taxes at the end of the year. The worst account Ive ever encountered. Does not file or provide documents in a timely fashion. Rude and disrespectful when asked to perform basic accounting tasks. Gives contradictory information. Run do not walk. Nothing but red flags.
