BEWARE!!! Owner will not take responsibility for mistakes on alterations. She said the dress could be taken out one inch on each side instead of putting a corset like my daughter asked her to do. Now it is ruined. TODAY she said she did not have enough room to take out one inch like was previously discussed but proceeded to only take out like 1/4 inch on each side without contacting my daughter to see if it was ok. We found out today after alterations were already completed that she said she did not have one inch to take out and proceeded doing $160 of alterations anyway. After a heated dispute she finally gave my daughter her money back for alterations. But her dress needs to be altered again because it is bunched up in many areas, still too tight at the hips, the removable train does not line up with the waistband and the shoulder straps are still too loose appearing that they were never altered at all. Update the dress is unrepairable and my daughter had to purchase another Mon Cheri dress at another store and the owner REFUSES to give her money back on a dress she ruined! ONLY REFUNDED MONEY FOR THE ALTERATION
