If this is working when you get there you might as well turn around! This is as close as I could get. She wouldnt answer the door that was locked DURING BUSINESS HOURS. Called the corporate number on the door, she wouldnt answer their calls! Who runs this business, this disgruntled employee or Russel Cellular? Their answer was for me to drive 20 miles to their nearest Hartsville location. WHAT A JOKE. Continue to let these kind of people run your establishment and the doors will be closing in no time. Good luck!

Bad company. This is not owned by Verizon and they do not adhere to Verizon policies. It looks and feels like a Verizon store but it is a terrible third party without corporate accountability. Go to the one on David McLeod. Or get ripped off.

Please steer clear of this place when purchasing phone accessories. I have never paid more than $5 for a screen protector. Due to this low cost, my wife didn't pay attention to what she was paying for one.
The associate assured my wife that the iPhone 14 cases could only be purchased at an authorized retailer due to the device being fairly new. She also insisted that she install the protector for my wife to avoid any issues.
When she gets to the car, she realizes she spent over $50! on the screen protector. She walks over to the Walmart in the same parking lot where they have the iPhone 14 screens 2 for $7. Even on Verizons own website you can get iPhone 14 screen protectors for $4.99.
Store refuses to refund since the protector was installed, BY THEM!
Highway Robbery of unsuspecting customers for a product with $1 cost.

I cannot say anything that would show the amount of thankfulness and just straight up like family. If I could give them more stars I would give them as many as can be seen in the sky. Ya'll are most definitely the best and friendliest of any business I have been to. Brianna, Bryson, Alycia, Chris, and Laura. I wish all would come see for themselves the service you all give.I can say Love you guy's.
