Carlos was the guy!! Me and my sis was trying to get matched and he was on it! On top of that his swag he had about him was everything from his hair cut down to his fancy shoes! He was so patient and super nice with the million and one questions he was asked (lol) he never missed a beat! Wish there was more people like Carlos because he was everything plus more! Thank you again best experience in a very long time!

The 2 ladies who helped were amazing. So for them it would be a 5 star. The 3 star was given because they had only 2 black own makeup companies represented. As for me and what I was looking for, those 2 companies that were represented had loud and bright eye shadows. I needed a concealer foundation. They really need to do better with representation. BUT hear me well if you are close by go in. The employees are truly nice and knowledgeable. #peace

I usually dont ever write a bad review but I felt really disappointed when I went ulta today to buy some foundation, I needed help finding a specific foundation and when I went up there the staff was really disrespectful, she walked away to help her coworker, didnt even say anything to us and ignored the fact we was even there not even a hey give me a minute or anything and then she continued to act dumb on her phone after not finding what she was looking for the first time, I ended walking away and just try to see if I could find it myself and the second time I went up there after finally finding what I was looking for, she still walked away and then came to check us out but she was being sarcastic at the end, it was a young lady with glasses and ponytail. Ive never had this happened to me I feel disgusted by the treatment that was given to me and my bf. I wont be coming back.her name is SHAQUILA
