I called to make an appointment for service, The staff asked us quite a few questions. I actually started to feel the questions were intrusive. Then, when the manager arrived to give us an estimate, she was not wearing a mask. She did not have a mask with her and she did not have a mask in her car. Her tone was defiant when I asked her if she was willing to wear a mask. Since they kept me on the phone for so long asking questions, they were aware I was trying to find someone to clean my parents home. my two elderly parents are 80 years old. I cannot believe a grown woman thought she could come clean the house Of two vulnerable people without a mask without gloves and didnt have any of that in the car. I hope this is not a reflection of the entire company, but I felt that particular worker had no respect for my family, safety or health. I want to support companies who are exercising common sense during this global pandemic.

Most unprofessional business is have ever dealt with. Triggered a panic attack by the callous cleaner they sent. Took the money from my account, sent an asthmatic house keeper just out of the hospital from a bad attack to clean up the dust in my home. Left five minutes after arriving. Next person does an inspection and tells me I should have hired someone else. "Relax it's done" is their Motto I reckon it's because they already got the money and they just have to do the bare minimum. The corporate office just says "meh, they are independent franchisees". I want to support companies who are exercising common sense during this global pandemic.It turns out the woman who visited our home was actually the manager. I spoke with her at length about wearing masks and they do not wear masks unless requested. So, beware when trying to hire this company. If you want to stay healthy and safe this may not be the company for you. If they do not want to keep themselves safe then they certainly don't care about you!  They may be "merry" but they are unsafe, unprofessional, ignorant and they are neglecting the advice of the CDC and the World Health Organization, emphasis on world. Hundreds of thousands of people have suffered and died. How many people have to DIE before we begin to take this pandemic seriously?  If you want to stay safe, sanitary, and healthy, then this is not the company for you!
