Since the company no longer sends statements and assigned new account numbers I have ask three times for information so I could set up online payments. I even provided a self addressed stamped envelope and still have not received any reply. Needless to say when this loan is paid out I will no longer do business with this company.

I have never had a problem with them. I have dealt with them for year's. Give them a try.
