Came out as soon as he possibly could. Jumped right in and fixed the issue! Polite professional and very reasonably priced. Even called the next day to check on the things that some other company was doing for me! Rick saved me 10s of thousands of dollars another company quoted me and wanted to charge me for, the work wasnt even needed! I Will only call Rick when I need anything plumbing! Thank you!!!! Rick actually showed up when he said, gave us a written quote and then followed up by actually coming out and doing the work, just like he said he would do. He replaced all the water lines coming into and under our house and all the lines going to all faucets. He also replaced our drains for the bathrooms. Cannot thank him enough for working with us and bringing our house into the 21st century in plumbing! Rick is top shelf! People these days could learn a LOT about proper customer service from this team. I've never before been told "your septic tank is the problem" and then left feeling good about it. Called yesterday, came today, diagnosed the problem, fixed it - and at an extremely fair price. I'm picky about who I call; I won't call anyone else in the future. Explained things, I learned some things, and making plans for a much bigger project with him in the future. Thanks for an excellent experience Rick, it was a lot of fun!
