Stopped in to see about getting trouble shooting knowledge, or see if I would have to bring it in. The guy behind the counter told me exactly what to do, and if I can't get it fixed he had the control handle in stock. My boat is a 1993 Javelin 363sf and was amazed he had the parts and knew what I had to do with out looking it up.

Great delivery of a 30 foot boat. He is friendly and efficient. Took great care of the boat and was on time. Also sent me multiple update photos and texts during the trip to reassure me. Highly recommend

David hauled a small camper trailer from MA to TN for me. Great guy to meet, did a really nice job hauling our camper. I had made the rookie mistake of searching on one of those sites that runs dozens of competing brokers to your phone, text and email. I decided to punt that option and searched for people I could speak with directly. Thats when I discovered Alden Transport. I called David, described what I needed. He was informative and helpful. We talked a couple of times, agreed on price, made the necessary arrangements and yada yada yada David had my trailer in tow from northern Massachusetts en route to middle Tennessee. He suppled location updates and a link so that I could see his trip progress. He provided ETA and made it as promised. Offloaded from the tow and shared some about his work, equipment and experiences. Great connection, fair dealing and dependable tow. If I need anything hauled like this again David will get a call. Anyone else needing transport of this kind should absolutely reach out to him.
