UPDATE: This has been the worst rental experience ever for me. I gave a review about 4 months in, because of upkeep of the property and had some issues with excessive noise that was out of the norm. Almost a year in, nothing has changed. The property looks filthy. Ive found a used syringe in front of my building. The tenants drip trash drippings down the steps and it remains until the occasional pressure washing happens. Most recently, despite my cleanliness, Ive had mice in my laundry room, Im guessing theres an entry way since the dryer vent runs outside. The staff in the leasing office are nonchalant about issues you bring to them. When I reported the mice issue, Monique said I would have to wait until the next Friday for pest control and it was Saturday which meant I had to wait a week. She told me to buy mouse traps lol Maintenance offered no help to see if there was an entry way to repair. When I made the second report (2 mice in 2 days) the property manager, Allison and Monique giggled with each other about the issue, thinking I had left the building. They are unprofessional and the staff changes frequently. Back to the noise, my noisy neighbors moved and there are new tenants there who do not make all the noise that the previous tenants made which proves it was excessive. There is a man that goes to sit by the pool frequently, yes in winter too, and blasts his speaker with music and since I work from home, my clients can hear the music on my Microsoft Teams calls. The pool is by the leasing office, which means they let this fly. There are fire hazards all over the complex with patios filled high with junk because you can get away with anything here. Its definitely disgusting overall here and the staff is lazy until its time to front and have an event. They need to spend more time on customer service. Its been difficult to reach corporate but Ill keep trying. 1st Review I've been here a little over a week and it's a hot mess so far. My neighbors upstairs sound like they are moving furniture daily or just dropping bowling balls. I had to email the office twice before receiving a response regarding the noise. I can smell my neighbors' food when they cook or something through my bathroom vents. I have been awakened at 3 am in the morning on one of the COLD mornings to about 7 teenagers at the pool jumping in at 3 AM and talking loudly! The grounds are not really well kept, no flowers so it just looks bland. And to top it off, my neighbors pipe burst and water came leaking through my ceiling. Funny thing is my first night in my bedroom, I looked up and saw where water stains were painted over so the pipe bursting has happened before. I'm wondering if they can do something to prevent it but just refuse to? One good thing is the maintenance rep. named Raymond or Randall responded quickly and was friendly, polite, and helpful. The pool is finally looking to be taken care of, but it was really nasty when I moved in. Thankfully this is a temporary stop until I buy a home. I don't foresee renewing my lease. The property just doesn't seem to be cared for at all and people seem free to do whatever they want. This is my experience and observations in just a little over a week so I hope it gets better because worse would be terrible.

Management cares nothing about the property or its residents. They don't respond to emails you send them, especially if the emails are regarding issues or complaints. They are charging $2k a month for 2-bd apartments, citing this is "luxury apartment living," but there are absolutely NO luxuries here. The gym is a joke - the machines are old and haven't been deep cleaned in a very long time. There are no attachments for the main exercise machine, probably bc someone stole them. We finally have security patrol after over 50 cars got broken into in July 2023 with windows smashed and items stolen. They don't care about any of the landscaping, as there's dead bushes, trees, and grass all over the common areas (yes, it's winter but this was the case in the summer and I sent an email about it and nobody responded, per usual). As long as the leasing office looks pretty, that's all that matters, so they can sell apartments. All of the apartments have the Ki-Tech plumbing which causes nothing but problems, water heater leaks and flooding. These apartments have absolutely no noise insulation. I live on the first floor and I can actually hear my upstairs neighbors' baby crying and wailing. I've complained about the noise, sent recordings of how loud the neighbors are upstairs and they do nothing about it. I had to take matters into my own hands and go upstairs and confront my neighbor. He even said the girl who lived here before me had complaints about the noise from his apartment and of course, nothing was done by mgmt. Oh, and let's not forget the "valet" trash pickup - residents are forced to pay $25/month for this useless service. They pick up trash only on Sunday-Thursday and if they don't feel like coming here, they don't. And, you end up having trash bags sitting outside your unit for days on end. Do yourself a favor - don't move in here, especially in Phase 1 (i lived in phase 1 before moving into Phase 2 bc it was so awful), There's NEVER any parking, there's tons of kids who run around, tearing up everything bc their parents let them run wild. This place is a disaster. Phase 2 is a little better but now we have tons of construction bc they are building townhomes right outside our doors. It's loud and an eye-sore. If you want actual luxury apartments and get what you pay for, go somewhere else bc you ain't getting it here.

Dishing out a 5 star simply because I appreciate the renewed efforts to keep the pool clean even in the winter. Some people also use it for cooler temperature activities like a plunge. Also the refreshment and upkeep on the gym was much needed and appreciated. Security concerns with car break ins was an issue and do see a car occasionally patrolling now at night. Props for all of that. Maintenance is a 5/5. Fair cons: Yes you can hear everything through the walls just be warned. And yes the dumpster is used as a dumping ground each week which is an eye sore. There is new construction by the bunch of apartments up the hill. Took away a lot of the great tree scenery and added lots of noise for time being. That second entrance is also pitch black at night. Could use a sign or maybe a little more lighting. Possibly just temporarily out.
