The day I visited this complex, I fell in love with the surroundings. The staff was courteous and informative. That same evening, I submitted an application and now I am a resident of South Carolina and very happy that I made the move. I wholeheartedly recommend this complex to anyone considering it.

Marilyn was such a pleasure to work with trying to move from MA to Sycamore fort mill she was very helpful. she made the application process very easy she help me from start to finish as well as the other staff members every one is just super friendly. Everything is good here the neighbors are friendly the property is always clean. And as mentioned before the staff is very nice. But I moved out because after a couple months there was a lot of mold in the apartment. They tell you keep the air on to prevent mold even then it still grew in the apartment. And all they do is wipe it off and spray something over it. Other than mold its a good community to reside. And make sure whoever reading this to get renters insurance cause when the mold destroy your belonging they dont compensate you for anything that got destroyed by the mold.
