        I Recently Purchased A Battery They Said Will Come In The Next Day Around 10:30 am. So I came to pick up the battery around 12:30 pm. Come to find out they gave my battery to someone else without checking to see if he was the one who ordered the battery. I didnt get an apology or anything from their mistake. So they ordered me another battery that will take 2 hours because of their mistake. Honestly I am upset because it doesnt make since how you can make a simple mistake like that.

        Brodi was awesome! He took time to explain every thing, and made sure I had everything I needed. He also gave me suggestions based on personal experience. This auto parts isnt the closest to my home but I will make the drive based on customer service! Thanks Brodi!

        The second time I've been there and they did not have the oil filter in stock for my 2014 RAM 1500 guess I will start going to other locations for now on such as Pineville for my oil and filter
