      image Doctors and staff were rude and patronizing towards me when I asked questions about treatment and billing. They overcharged me and still have not refunded me nearly two months later. I called about this and no one followed up with me, though they acknowledged that I was overcharged. While filling a cavity, the doctor left in the middle of the procedure to go speak with another patient. I used to not mind going to the dentist, but this practice has changed that.
