Today, April 10, 2024, I attended an appointment to have a dental filling done. The work was horrible aesthetically, the anatomy of my dental piece was lost. I was very disappointed with the work.

I want to express myself in this way, this dental office is not professional, the last consultations I attended the receptionists did not know about the appointments, regarding dental work they are constantly changing the doctors and they have no professional idea of the follow-up regarding to the treatment that is being given and how long it will take to finish it, at first I recommended unknown and they also left the work half done and with pain now he had to treat with an ortho dentist, I left my comments so that you can put more and improve attention to other patients and the same thing does not happen to them.

My husband had a bad experience with this place, he went to have his teeth fixed and every time he went to this place he came out feeling sensitive and in a lot of pain. They never looked for a solution to the problem. They are not 100% responsible for the work they do. My husband went about five times and every time he went they changed doctors, he asked about the doctor who had done his work and they said no, he no longer works here, in the end my husband had to look for professional and experienced people and He ended up spending double what he had planned, I don't recommend it at all.

I had a terrible experience at this dental office. The atmosphere was dull, and the team gave off an unwelcoming vibe, which made me uncomfortable. Additionally, I was scammed out of $99, which I was told was free. And when I filled out my new patient form, I was told that my insurance was in their network, but later, I found out it wasn't. I only went there because my regular dentist had no appointments available, but I regret the decision. Luckily, As soon as I got back home, I received a call from my original dentistry offering me an appointment the next day. I'm so glad that I don't have to go back to this horrific place again.
