PLEASE check your statements after surgery. We had 3 different wisdom teeth removals there and we were owed refunds on all 3. I only received them because I called over and over again for over a year about it! They submitted the claim incorrectly on my insurance and I had to 3 way them both to get it resolved. I would think it was a mistake but it happened 3 times.

I've seen some negative reviews here. My experience was the opposite. Everyone was helpful, courteous, and the procedure was quick, painless, and healing went well. Dr. Carter was straight to the point and answered any questions I had along the way - they even were able to see me last minute right before a vacation when I had an issue before my surgery date, get me patched up, and I was good to go at no charge. In my opinion everyone here operated with the epitome of professionalism. I had two severely damaged wisdom teeth removed, and it went so much easier than expected with just local anesthesia. I did not use insurance, so I had my choice of where to get the procedure done - if I had to choose again, I wouldn't hesitate to trust the staff here again and again.

Ive been to this office three times now to see dr carter and let me just say her entire staff is full of kind and caring people. Katie(hope its spelled right) at the check in desk was so wonderful to me on my most recent visit as I was in very severe pain and had to come in for a last minute appointment and unfortunately there was quite a long wait as Dr.Carter was in an emergency surgery but she went above and beyond while I was crying in pain in the lobby. I have seen mixed reviews about dr.Carter and although on my surgery day I was a little weary of her bedside manner I will say my most recent visit changed that, she was very direct with her words but also very open and honest about what she could and couldnt help with and very caring about the amount of pain I was in and gave me as much information as she possibly could. Overall I will be back if I have to have oral surgery again but lets hope I dont have to haha.
