I called them for a water leak yesterday and it was a outside wall leak and there was no sign of inside water connection inside the wall they messed up the inside wall by digging it and talking that out and said they have no idea where the water leak is. And they really dont know what is going on how to deal with it. They left without the problem fixed Today I got call for paying the money for the service which I will pay for the time But if you can get better plumber avoid them

I reached out to Giles for a second opinion. Clint came to the house promptly, diagnosed the issue, and was able to help get us back to normal quickly. Highly recommend.

Called Giles & a Big Name Plumbing Outfit. Giles came out 1st and gave me the good and bad news on the Hot Water Heater. They didnt show up in uniforms and a fancy truck. They were very professional, friendly, and gave me options to save cost and provided a quote. The Big Name plumber came out 2nd. Started rambling off numbers and problems that were going to cost and ened up giving me a very high quote (almost 3x what Giles quoted) then tried to upsell me for a few hundred more. I couldnt get that guy out of my house fast enough. In the end I went with Giles and they just did a phenomenal job at a very reasonable price. I plan to use them from now on.

Everyone we have ever worked with at Giles (and we've had several different things done) is wonderful. They are responsive and do a wonderful job with all of their work. I can't thank them enough for everything they have done for us.
