Michael Knotts and the GC Greg have been wonderful to work with and so responsive to all calls and emails. Michael never left us in the dark. Also Greg wanted to make our dream home as perfect as possible. He never made decisions without calling and told us over and over not to worry he would take care of things even during these challenging times. We appreciate Knotts builders so much.

The workmanship was poor. They failed to supervise the trades resulting in lots of rework. Unresponsive and made excuses to the tune of 70% accuracy is acceptable in our business. Lost opportunity to do the right thing.

Buyer Beware!!!!  Knotts Builders has been nothing but deceptive since we closed on our home December 17, 2020. A number of items were not done prior to close, but as a previous quality engineer for a National builder, I understood the environment with COVID and gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, I regret that decision now. The warranty process has been horrific with the worst being that we do not have a working oven. The oven has not worked since close (over 30 days) and Michael Knotts has only offered me a toaster oven. We didn't even have the ability to cook Christmas Dinner. I spent a week trying to get a hold of anyone after the warranty company said it was not covered. Mike Jones, our sales consultant will not communicate on our behalf, guess he got paid and that was it. I waited a week for a repair appointment, another week for parts, and now I am again waiting for Knotts as the oven still doesn't work after parts. They have not taken any action to rectify this situation even after knowing it was installed damaged due to shipping. I have actually called local appliance stores and they could have bought a temporary oven more than a week ago that was in stock and available the same day, which they have declined to do. Your home warranty is in place to ensure the quality of the home and systems are built properly to code and work according to specifications. This builder will not provide that to you.
