I will be fair and give both sides of my experience with them.I just worked with this company in March and got my things back in July. They came the day they said they would both times to pick up and drop off. The workers I encountered on the drop off were friendly I will start there. They were helpful in a sense that they discarded a lot of items I no longer wanted and hauled them off for me. I can appreciate that service and they did move everything back in where it should be to the best of their ability. but on the other side I will say this, after unpacking my things and going through stuff I reached out to them about a very specific item that is still missing and no where to be found amongst my things they brought back after they moved everything back in and to date, they have not acknowledged nor responded to me to try to resolve the situation. I asked if I could possibly have any items remaining there in their storage before I accused anyone of anything but the fact remains that the item that I know was packed up and taken with my things, is now gone. The item truly isnt overly expensive so Its not a civil matter in my eyes, but its something of value to me that I use for my business and its mine, so its the principle and customer service for me. Ive worked in customer service for a long time and there could have been several ways the company could have handled this. I would recommend anything of real value to you, you would maybe want to pack up and take with you yourself or be very aware of when they unpack everything, ask to see all the pictures they took prior to taking your things and compare to what they have set back up for you, I didnt notice my item was missing until the day after but if I would have looked at the before pictures I would have clearly noticed right then. I am fair in saying that what one persons action or decision is doesnt necessarily reflect the entire company. So good luck with your experience with them.
