Dont change your mind at the parts counter! Drive almost an hour to get bearings for my golf cart and some snap rings and two seals. Costs $18 online. Was willing to pay more but not $85! I said well Im sorry I cant do that price and the old man behind the counter grabbed the parts and stormed off. Not, well Im sorry I cant match that price or I could maybe do xyz. God I hope you didnt act that way towards the nurses and doctors at the hospital when you were battling cancer on your face. Love how you excuse his behavior towards customers. Then why didnt he explain to me that your parts are OEM if he spent considerable time? The only information he gave me was the price.

Great service and support in buying a pre-owned ezgo golf cart! Bruce our salesman did a great job explaining all features and maintenance schedules.

Seldomly write reviews but this place deserves it. Ive had batteries replaced, picked up parts and had my cart serviced. All the guys in here are insanely helpful. Ive walked in many times just for advice and they are happy to give it out. Cant ask for better service.

The staff was Very Helpful, Steve and Bruce made the process simple and fast. We made a great purchase and would highly recommend Garretts Golf carts. Take it from this New Yorker they are a great establishment!

We don't appreciate the attack on one of our team members. Johnny, who is a cancer survivor and has been with us for over 20 years, does a great job helping our customers determine what parts they need. It's a challenge to help customers understand the difference between the quality OEM parts we sell versus their less superior counterparts found online, especially after spending considerable time giving them free information to identify the part needed.
