Sad that this is the only cou type in the upstate that no longer has a vocational center for high school students.
Not all students are going to college, nor should they be penalized by a small minded school board.
Students completed many habit for humanity homes for the community. All work was provided by the students under the care of licensed professionals. Not only did students provide a significant help to the community, but they learned skills needed for work in society. Not everyone is cut out for college, frankly if this were true, where would plumbers, electricians, etc come from?
Do we care so little for the students of Cherokee County that we close a pertinent educational system.
Cherokee County school board continues to put their personal agendas before educators and students,
This is heart breaking, our leaders of tomorrow are not all Lawyers, Doctors, POLITICIANS, etc.
It takes many different types for society to succeed.
Shame ON the CHEROKEE COUNTY SCHOOLS!
