        LOVE this store! Georgetown needed this. The buying team here is brilliant, love the choices and brands! There is a good variety of price points. Love that they carry Kerisma, Crosby, Hunter Bell, Spanx, Holst + Lee, Paige denim. They have a good shoe selection and great accessories starting at around $25. The owner hosts fun in-store events and the end of the season sales are amazing! I always enjoy visiting.

        Nobody greeted, helped, or even spoke to me. I posted on my Instagram story and got MULTIPLE replies that the workers haven't been friendly and some just rude. I've been shopping at Monkees my whole life. Super disappointed

      Hello Mae, we hope you are having a great Spring. I know I replied to your IG story immediately and I even sent a personal message with my cell number but I did not see this review you posted a week later. Your experience is definitely not how we want any customers to feel. I myself try to greet everyone that walks in the store and we usually try to keep 2 to 3 people working to make sure everyone feels welcome and is helped. Once again. I want to apologize that my associates were busy with customers that day and didn't greet you promptly. I hope you give us another chance.
