After one year of patiently waiting I get a response from said attorney saying that the best they can do is me walking away with 1594.00 after a no fault head on collision from a pullout. This accident occurred the day I was released to drive from a major surgery in which I had multiple incisions and abdominal stitches. I experienced pain and discomfort along with a totaled vehicle, I visited my general practitioner and received an injection in my back, I then visited their recommended chiropractor for almost a month which was a huge mistake as it was a sham care facility. So after all that I walk away with less than 1600$. The responses from the attorneys assistant/helper/whatever have been snide and non productive as they couldnt give a crap less. Her last sentence to me was and I quote Im not going to argue with you. Their only alternative to me not accepting this ridiculous offer is to go to small claims court rather than mediation or jury trial. I wish I had come to Greg DeLuca first! My first lawyer stretched out my custody case about 18 months and nothing had been done except for the first order they place to give you a guide to go by until the final order is drawn up and agreed. I was hesitant with DeLuca because he is a pretty penny but you get what you pay for! He was quick to respond to my questions via email, phone, or in person. He didnt treat me like just a number. When he would tell me Im gonna be honest Im not about the money. Im about whats best for you and your kids. I truly believed him when he said it. He also unlike my other lawyer didnt nickel and dime me for things. He charged me for the work that was done. He wrapped my case up in 3 months!! Extraordinary service from him and everyone that worked in his office. Everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and quick to respond to any questions I had. He just gained a forever client Thanks again DeLuca! You and your whole team are simply the best

Mr DeLuca was incredibly helpful to my family and I could not have asked for better results. He was professional, communicative, highly skilled at his profession and allowed us to feel more at ease in dealing with our issue. I would highly recommend this firm to anyone, but especially when you are dealing with an issue in SC yet are located in another state. Very supportive and responsive through a stressful situation!

Was referred to Greg Deluca and couldnt have asked for a better, honest attorney. He listened to me and went over the steps that were need to accomplish the correct outcome. If you are looking for an attorney, you can not go wrong with the Deluca group!

They have been in our family circle since MY ex-husband and I got married in 2002 and literally fell through the floor of our home as we walked over the threshold. Pete ( sadly has retired), although he worked long and hard, it's well deserved, and he will be sadly missed. His awesome son Greg is now in his father's chair, which is a pretty tough chair to follow because of how much Pete cared. As for Mike, *the bomb, Maucher, he is still at bat for anyone...MARILYN AND TINA WOW THAT is all I can say about them. Those 2 awesome ladies will always try to go above and beyond to take care of the fellas they work for and the clients they have. I LOVE THE TEAMWORK...The young lady at the receptionist desk (LORD forgive me but I want to make sure she gets the credit due to her as well a young African American female Or Beautiful Queen whatever is correct and not disrespectful is ALSO WELCOMING AND KIND).
