Wonderful staff! Weve been going here for years with our 3 boys and always have a good experience. They are patient and were even able get X-rays done on my anxious son!

Dr. Brent and his assistant Nicole were amazing with my daughter. My daughter had to have significant work done with her teeth, and they were very patient and professional with her. They took the time to explain to both her and I the tools being used, every step, and at home care. It is always an excellent experience at Dr. Brents Pediatric Dentist office.

My first visit with my children was for their cleanings and I thought it went well. I was thrown off a little because they weren't taking any x-rays but I was informed they would get them at their next cleaning.. My daughter had 2 cavities and I was given the option to wait and see how it plays out or try SDF. I didn't want to try SDF because I didn't want my daughters teeth turning black so I wanted to get them filled. I was setting up the appointment for her and was asked if I was prescribed Valium for her. I was confused and let the receptionist know that I was not. Anyways, the morning of the appointment I knew she was getting laughing gas. Completely fine with that. Well, that was all. They didn't numb my daughters mouth or anything because he started to remove the cavities. Then because my daughter was getting nervous and moving her hands towards her mouth, he got upset and said there was no way he can fill her teeth. So now my daughter has 2 open spots in her teeth from the decay being removed. I also was not asked to set up another appointment. I am just very upset because my daughter didn't deserve that and things could have been communicated better. Also, you are a pediatric dentist, be more patient with the children. With all the great reviews this dentist has, I expected better. I'm hoping it was just a bad day and no one else goes through this.
