50 % chance you'll speak to or get the help you need... the 1st person I spoke with was VERY nice & even helpful. She wanted to sell my house a lil too much for my liking. It didn't matter what I said or if I had anywhere to go.... that's all she could talk about. 3 days ago when I called to ask a couple questions I didn't want to speak with the same lady. I was able to speak to a different real estate agent ( a male) he was very professional & what answers he didn't know he was able to go ask the loan officer for me. Thank you!

We had a terrible experience with one of the realtors here - Mallory Sinclair. She was extremely pushy and unprofessional, didnt listen to what we wanted, and used unethical business practices and high pressure sales tactics to convince us to buy the house that she was the sellers realtor for. Suddenly, the seller raised their price for us, and Mallory refused to listen to us when we flat out told her We hate this house. We do NOT want to buy this house. She just refused to hear it. She proceeded with the sales process and kept telling us that we were never going to find anything else and that our closing date for the sale of our house was coming up and we were going to be homeless. The house she sold us, her client sellers house, was ridiculously overpriced and was in atrocious condition. Weve now had to put $40,000 into repairs for this house because it was falling apart. She also refused to show us the houses we wanted to see within our price range. The second she got in touch with her sellers, she went $50,000 above our stated price range, and forced us into purchasing HER SELLERs house. For the price that she pressured us into paying for her sellers house, we couldve been in a much nicer, much larger home, in a much safer area. She only cared about her bottom line. She was the realtor for the sale of our house too and she didnt care about us at all. She argued with us for weeks that no one would pay more than what SHE thought the house was worth. We stood our ground and ended up listing the house at what we thought it was worth, and it sold for what we said it would within a week. It couldve sold for even more. But if we had listened to our realtor, the person who was supposed to be on our side fighting for us like she claims, we wouldve lost out on a lot of money. She was extremely rude throughout the entire process. She has no respect for other people and treats people like they are all less than her. After she made double commission off of us ($30,000+) She gave us a $100 gift card as a giftfor the price we paid for this sad sack of a house, we couldve been living in a nice neighborhood in a new construction home. But she wouldnt have made double commission off of that. The worst part is that she truly does not believe that she did anything wrong in this situation. She claims to help veterans, but she only helps herself. She only looks out for herself. When I left a review on her Facebook page, she quickly sent me a very nasty text message, then blocked me on Facebook so that my review could not be visible to anyone else. This just goes to prove how truly unprofessional she is.
