Hood's Tax and Accounting Service

So I took my taxes here in the past and thought that this was a straight forward business to do my taxes and I was wrong in the past I dealt with Nanette which I assumed was okay until I told her I wasn't paying her 3 timesto do my taxes that I assumed they did upon me closing on my home because i paid them. But it wasn't done so I requested them to be done now listen the first young lady that done my taxes seem lost and had no tax knowledge. And then I was told that someone name John did my taxes never met this guy so how is he doing my taxes so that part lost me!! Okay so I called and requested my old taxes to be done that Nanette said I told them that they were waiting on me but you had my transcripts so how are you waiting on me !!! that means your company isn't tax pros you are very unprofessional . Being that I needed them done I paid 175.00. which I should of read the previous reviews I will have my numbers check because I went to a professional today and had them done and was only charged 59.00 instead of 175.00 that she charged me let me say this again I was charged 59.00 okay and it was done within hours not days . And to top it off she seemed upset when I told her I wasn't paying her 3 times for the same taxes okay. But I will not allow them to ever do my taxes and I don't recommend them to my family or friends. And you didn't help me due to no situation sorry I know that I owe that what happens when you work sorry and help me let's make thus clear you were rude and was trying to be disrespectful over the phone okay. So please save me the lies as I said I will not do business with this company. Because the math ain't mathing sorry.

Do not use them. Their customer service has gone out the window. Once they collect your money don't expect to ask any questions or get any guidance . The daughter that took over is rude and uninformative. What happen to community businesses that cared. Hope the IRS does an investigation on Hood's Tax Service and shuts it down.
