We have been here since RS opened. Me and my woman, we highly recommend this place if you like living in a truly cool spot. Many things to do and who doesn't like living next to the SRT?!? The management team are super cool, friendly and attentive to your complaints. Check it out for a year, bring your pets. Enjoy Greenville, a blessed spot on the map!!

We love calling Riverside our home and are excited to be starting our second year here! Riverside has an excellent location close to the swamp rabbit trail and cafe, Hampton Station and short drive downtown. Outstanding amenities with the pool, gym, dog park, and common areas. And most of all love the friendly staff and community we have developed at Riverside!

The move in process was so easy (and even pleasant.) The women in the leasing office are not only very knowledgeable but friendly and want to want to make being at Riverside the best experience. Anything we have needed so far has been handled with ease and in a timely manner. The community is wonderful and all amenities and facilities are impeccably orderly and well maintained. Looking forward to being here even longer and seeing what else I discover!
