        What I find ludicrous is that one of the women in charge threatened a tenant who lives here over a private matter. This should not be allowed as it shows shes not safe to be around other people. Do not live here!

        I definitely agree with some of the tenants on here from experience. Darla treats tenants unfair for personal reasons and alliances. Best advice I can give is to be smart, always keep EVERYTHING and ur proof of everything that will support u because when you dealing with landlords like this, you dnt have to bad mouth them, God exposes them through ppl and situations....I'm a member of the union, so if any tenants want to do a petition, feel free to reach me and I'll get the process going for you all. Remember what God says, I'll be an enemy to ur enemies, vengeance is mine, and you reap what you sow . Make ur voices heard ppl. When you do what's right, dnt worry about the rest

      Towers East is located on Main Street in beautiful downtown Greenville. Completely renovated apartments with new appliances, flooring, AC/Heat and common areas. Towers East Apartments operates according to "The Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)." The LIHTC program is an affordable housing program for individuals and families on fixed or lower incomes. The benefits to residents is: Rent is 60% of the area median income (as published by HUD), often resulting in rent being substantially lower than other comparable apartments. Our qualified staff will provide application forms and answer any questions you may have. Our spacious studio, 1-, and 2-bedroom apartments boast fully equipped kitchens, updated bathrooms and central heat and AC. We also have an onsite physician and an onsite beauty salon!
