Lived here for almost 6 years, the staff is great and are very helpful to whatever might happen during your stay. Its hands down the most affordable apartments in the area and is in a great location for just about everything you'll need. And despite the motel style set up where as soon as you walk out your door your in a parking lot the walls between the units themselves are surprisingly soundproof. Very rarely would i ever hear my neighbors while they were in their apartments. If you can deal with not having a washer/dryer in your apartment this is the best your gonna get while still feeling safe in the area.

Not worth $875. There's always an issue with something wether that be mold, plumbing, or an ungodly foul stench. Cheapest place to live in this area but thats the only thing it has going for it.

The girls in the office treat you very kindly, they guide you and help you rent your apartment in the quickest and easiest way. They speak Spanish, and when a problem arises in your apartment, the maintenance guys take no time to help you solve it! Recommended 100% Laundry, Pool, and good prices

This place is terrible . Maybe 30 years ago it was a nice place to live but not anymore . They constantly inconvenience everyone living here by constant construction and water leaks / getting turned on and off. Not only have they tortured all the tenants with unacceptable accommodations they are now of course raising the price on rent . Truly a terrible place to live. They dont deserve my hard earned money and definitely dont deserve to be called home. One star because no stars is not an option. Simply terrible .
